Damages and issues
If you are unhappy with the purchased product upon receipt of the goods, you are required to contact info@fabrica005.com within 30 days of purchase in order for us to address the case. Any case will be dealt with on an individual basis via email correspondence.
If the product is not delivered during the estimated delivery window, please allow 10 business days before contacting info@fabrica005.com in order for us to address the case. Changes or Cancellations
It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure orders are placed correctly in the first instance. Email requests for order changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed to be read or acted upon before shipping is arranged. Once shipping is arranged, we cannot process changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Refund Processing
Refunds are generally processed internally within 48 hours of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
