General Return & Refund Policy for all customers is covered in points 1-3, with point 4 covering the specific rights to EU-based customers in relation to EU Directive 2023/2673 which may override or negate general policy.
1. Returns
If you are unhappy with the purchased product you are required to contact info@fabrica005.com within 7 days of physical receipt of the goods, providing comprehensive detail of the issue and photographic evidence where appropriate. All cases will be dealt with on an individual basis via email correspondence.

2. Changes or Cancellations
It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure orders are placed correctly in the first instance. Email requests for order changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed to be read or acted upon before shipping is arranged. Once shipping is arranged, we cannot process changes, cancellations, or refunds.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds are generally processed internally within 48 hours of approval and a refund email notification will be sent at the time of processing the refund. If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, without notification or receipt of the funds, please contact us via info@fabrica005.com
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or by using the [Withdrawal Button/Cancellation Form] on our website).
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you in relation to the relevant order, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
